Terms and Conditions

- Luxury accommodation or Bush camp, depending on the hunt
- Transfer from and to the airport Port Elizabeth
- Transport to the hunting area by car within the Eastern Cape
- Professional hunter, tracker, 4x4 hunting vehicle
- Field preparation of the trophies
- Local hunting license
- All food and soft beverages
Price excludes:
- Accommodation and travel charges before and after your Safari
- Taxidermist work, transport and taxes
- Additional activities on request
- Gratuities
- Personal, medical and travel insurance
- Permits for own rifles and ammunition
- Alcoholic beverages (available for purchase)
Wounded animals
Full price has to be paid on any wounded animal if it is not recovered.
The decision is made by the PH / tracker.
Terms of payment
A full deposit of the daily rate must be made in advance to secure your booking
Cancellation
120 days prior to commencement of the hunt, deposit will be refunded in full.
Up to 60 days prior to hunt, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Less than 60 days, no refund of deposit
